Neuro-Art Therapy sessions are designed to be accessible, trauma-sensitive, and easy to integrate into group settings.

    Language and facilitation centered on safety, choice, nervous-system regulation, and personal agency.
     

  • Group-based and adaptable
    Designed for teams, cohorts, classrooms, and community groups — with formats that scale smoothly.
     

  • Quiet and mostly nonverbal
    Ideal for participants who find talk-based approaches challenging, overwhelming, or limiting.
     

  • Flexible and easy to implement
    Sessions can range from 18-minute experiential introductions to 90-minute workshops, multi-session programs, or retreat intensives — requiring minimal setup and simple materials.
